Are online courses offered?
Online classes are currently not being offered by our company. We hope to offer online courses in the future.
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods are Cash, Debit/Credit Card (American Express not accepted), Venmo, and Money Order.
Do you offer workplace group trainings?
Yes, we offer group classes! There is a 3 student minimum, and 6 student maximum. Any groups over 6 students will have to be broken into multiple classes. Please contact us for more info.
I lost my CPR card, am I able to get another?
If you received your CPR card from DFW CPR Educators, then we can replace it for free (please allow 24-48hrs) or expedited for a fee of $10. If you did not receive your CPR card from us, then you will have to reach out to the instructor/training center that certified you, or book a class with us to get certified.
There is a charge from Barthé and company holdings, llc, on my credit card. What is this?
If you used a credit card to pay for your services, the charge will show as "Barthe and Company Holdings, LLC" as that is the name of our parent company. This is a valid charge.
